Americans, in the name of change, voted for Barack Obama and made him the President of the United States of America (USA). However, the pre election campaign promises like that of closing down Guantanamo Bay Detention Center in Cuba & of enhancing civil liberties in relation to national security have all been broken. Despite the President signing the executive order, Guantanamo Bay Detention Center is still functioning with thousands of prisoners being tortured on daily basis in the name of War Against Terrorism. The global community is now questioning the moral and ethical values of the American Nation of Peace, Human Rights & Justice. Some of these prisoners have not even been trialed.
Since the Obama Administration has given powers to FBI & CIA to keep an eye on each and every American with out seeking permission from the courts while can also be arrested if the intelligence agents want to do so. Americans are in danger and the world needs to save them. They need our help. Americans should realize that their survival during these critical situations is only possible if they question their government right now before its too late. For now they are partially democratic and a free country and perhaps may no longer remain to be so.
